Correctly identified, thanks to various list members, 1968 Raleigh Professional. it is a 58 center to center seat tube with a 56 cm top tube. Serious marks against it include the following: thick repaint and wrongly decaled as an International Incorrect rear derailleur, should have been a Record not a NR. Wrong date on crankset - its got a 1973.
There are probably some other things real Raleigh experts would ID as being incorrect, but this was a rescue back in the late 80s, and the person who had it painted did not have the resources and information we have now. Raleigh UK sent him the decals and wrongly IDed it as an International - I've seen the letter they sent!
I am looking for 600.00, but other serious offers considered.
