First, forgive me for hot rodding all my vintage bikes when they were new and mixing and matching components. Great for riding, not so good for collecting. Anyway, I got a set of these high mojo Mafac aluminium finned brakepads, which are plenty cool for centerpulls and cantilevers. Who knows if they actually worked better or not, but they looked pretty nifty.
Does anyone remember when those came into being and when they went away?
