Here are some names of your lads who road track over here in Europe with some success. Tony Beckman. Dave Lands. Freddy Ottevaire. Alf Crossley nickname "Bing" because he was also a good singer won the prewar Night Of Hamburg 8 hour madison partnered with Piet van Kempen. Eddy Root 1912 Brussels 6 with Freddy Hill. Floyd Macfarland 1909 Berlin 6 with Jim Moran. Joey Fogler 1913 Paris 6 with Australian Alf Goulett. Harry Horan 1926 Berlin 6 with Reg McNamara Australian. Would love to know a lot more about these riders. I was at the Ghent Six for the last three nights last Winter and met up with several Americans in their 80's and 90's who remembered seeing your track stars pre and post war.

Best wishes and be lucky. Michael Butler Huntingdon UK.
