Might be of interest too the list. This is a wonderful site for everything if you want the photos use the See section. The photo of the Buckley Brothers model C is Ref. No.1983-5236_E01023 this was taken in 1934 at the London Lightweight Show. I am a member of the "Clarion" Cycling Club which started as the Worlds first socialist's cycling club. They use to ride out on club-runs at weekends and distribute "The Clarion" newspaper hence the name. The Clarion was the first Labour party newspaper. After the demise of this paper just after the First World War (They took an unpopular pacifist stand). The Daily Herald carried the torch for the party. Very pro-cycling and this is where the picture comes from. The Daily Chronicle was the Liberal party newspaper also very pro-cycling and Kudos regularly wrote for the paper. They where the publishes of his cycling annual. The club is non political now and has been for very many years. An old cycling and TU mate in the Clarion found the site, thought you would enjoy the pictures from the past. Covers everything fascinating.

Best wishes and be lucky. Michael Butler Huntingdon UK.
