At the last two Cirques I asked Peter to keep his eye on a used bike that he has built as I couldn't afford a new one, at least not until the winning lottery ticket comes in. He did tell me that he had a lady bringing one in that might be my size with very low miles and that he would send me the measurements and photos. At first I turned it down as I was looking for lugs and one color and then reconsidered and bought it. Anyway, after building the bike up out of the box and putting on bars and stem to fit me and riding it I am pleased with the purchase.
