After cleaning off what was probably the best part of forty years dirt I can see the original paint and transfers. On the head tube it has a Ernie Clements Wellington Shropshire transfer and on the seat tube it has a similar style diamond transfer with Ernie Clements Dawley Shropshire why the difference?
The frame has what I have always called Nervex continental lugs but this might be an incorrect club-mens term for this lug patttern.
Can anyone help on this one my guess is approximately a 1953 year of manufacture.
