Maruishi x-17 It looks to me to be more of racing sport bike than a touring bike. It's made with quadruple butted ishiwata exo chrome moly. Tange fork. From what I've read online this exo tubing is slightly lighter than columbus slx and the such. It has braze ons for two cages, no eyelets on the fork but a set on the rear dropouts. Very nice blue and white paint scheme. 64 cm frame. Asking 100.00 for the frame and fork 150.00 for everything minus the wheels.
