Boy, that bike has a classical beauty doesn't it. I do agree with Roman Stankus that the decals look a little large for this particular bike.

The "deal-killer" for me would be this seat stay cap.

I never really liked the "H" shape milled out area between the "MASI" and the "BREV" letters, but to use a miscast piece with the break out in the casting between the edge of the "MASI" letters is a real lapse in the ideal of quality and perfection. (Maybe this is an example of Imperfection is perfection [credit e-RICHIEĀ™]? Or "Hand Made"?)
