Last year, here in Indy, I was at a vintage swap for ballooners (old Schwinns, Shelbys, Columbias, etc) and they seem to use re-chrome/platers more, since the fenders and frames have more than lightweight racers. There was a guy with a table there that specialized in bike parts, and he was from OH, I think. I'll see if I can find his card.
