Hey Swingers,

Not that I wish this beauty to leave our shores but I thought some of ye may verily dig this beaut fixed gear/track? frameset.

A nice example of Australian handiwork from around the time of the war. The seller is a 2 thumbs up guy if anyone should need to know.

Still reading ........ I just bought the Spring issue of Ride Cycling Review (published downunder http://www.ridemedia.com.au/ ) and I must say I am thrilled with detailed pics and articles of Merckx's Molteni road ('74) and hour record bikes by Warren Meade, a detailed feature on Louison Bobet , and another on our own Sid Patterson, both by Roger St. Pierre. In the last 2 issues Warren Meade also had articles on Bartali and Bianchi (Coppi) bikes with excellent details and pictures.

Though classic bikes and parts are thin on the ground here, the faith remains in the hearts of the right people.

Any Aussie's who are interested in 650B (584mm bsd) rims ??? I have made inquiries with Velocity and they can set aside some of their excellent Synergy rims for local punters when they next get an order from their US distributor if we group together. Spread the word, e-me and we can work on it. They are usually 32h, traditional profile, silver finished and they make the rear rims offset or asymmetrical. Nice.
