Rivendell sells them for $3/$8ea ($5 less for Riv members); there are probably other sources as well. Current ones are a little more conical than Campy caps, the base of the threads have a lip which prevents them from seating fully in the pedal body and they have the MKS logo molded on the face. A few minutes with a file will eliminate the MKS logo and base lip. Another couple of minutes with Simichrome or Blue Magic will make them shine. A few rides will righteously scrape 'em up.

I usually sell off pristine Campy caps that come my way (don't have any on hand now, so don't ask!). A sold pair will buy 6-8 MKS caps. I figure life is too short to worry about scaping pedal dustcaps, and I'll worry if they're pristine Campy caps.
