I too have an ALAN CX frame (although not strictly on-topic as it's an '89 Super Cross), and all the years of racing (last race of the season on Sunday!) have worn the ink right off the stickers on the downtube, so I too would love to know where there might be some NOS ones. Fortunately they are simple enough that if push came to shove, modern cut vinyl would probably look fine if and wear better... I just have to get some time to do the art. :-/
