Quite possibly. But the clearance between the driveside arm of the Strada crank and the chainstay is about 1/16th of a inch on my TI Raleigh Team Pro. And the datecode on the crank is 1976, well before the changes. Not an "issue" yet but it's bloody close. And the paintwork is worn there so it's too close under stress apparently. Or was at some time.
