BSA did sell components.They were what campy became,the worlds most wanted parts.Many bikes were badged built with genuine BSA parts.The Canberra said that the postal service down under required by contract that the builders use BSA parts.You find those BSA chainrings on most high quality track bikes of the 30s. sam lingo,pleasanton tx

Another extremely vertically integrated bike manufacturer was Favorit of Czechoslovakia (sp?). They made EVERYTHING as far as I could tell. Tires, saddles, chains, freewheels, you name it. Some factory that must have been.
