Yes there is. . . in the framebuilding world it's called a file. I'll bet you wonder if you can cut the miter on the tubes after the joint is brazed? The answer to that question is not really. In theory you could use a rotary tool with a large stone on it to "finish" the tube ends. You could also mount the frame on a lathe and use a boring bar to do the same thing. It's really much, much easier to make the miter correct the first time instead. It's really not hard to make a miter that clean in a few minutes if you just have a 12" half-round file. I think many/most builders since the 1960s used machine tools and holesaws to make these miters and that works great too. If you tried to use either of these after brazing you would most likely ruin the BB threads or leave noticeable marks on the tube ends. enjoy, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives Coeur d'Alene, ID.
