First, I always recommend purchasing stuff from the CR list members where available, and I think that Bicycle Classics has these at a good price.
When it was under previous ownership there was a time period when I was unable to order anything from that CR list sponsor. At that time, I adopted this solution :
1. Buy new-style campy adjusters with the plastic nuts (bicycle classics, $6, or ebay: wwcyclery, 2x for $10) 2. Buy some generic 29mm mid-length chromed ones and swap the nuts. (www.loosescrews.com, $4.50)
These are a pretty good approximation to the original campagnolo screws. The nuts are a little thicker - maybe 3 mm wide rather than 2.5 mm wide, but on the "DWG" scale of restoration accuracy, you cannot tell the difference until you're 6 inches away from the bike and I consider that to be a perfect match.
