I have some handwritten bike build orders from Raymond Valance (a French builder) that start with a line like this:
1 cadre tout Vitus email 11.250
Which I guess to mean 1 frame with Vitus tubes (price)
So I think EMAIL means tubes, tubing, tubeset, something like that.
