I realise that I can use stainless/brass washers of a convenient size from the hardware store, but the ones on the Conloy rims were very cool, in that they were flat on the nipple size, and curved on the rim side. I was sorta hoping to get something similar... I guess I could always buy some thickish brass washers and shape one side with a file so it fits the shape of the rim better.
