I very much doubt that such a thing exists. The tradition was to use the 7/8" (22.2 mm) size for steel bars, but aluminimimumiminum [British spelling] bars would be 15/16" (23.8 mm)

This custom applied to upright and drop bars...I own a pair of Hiduminium GB All Rounders that are 15/16".
