It is great that Brian received some well deserved publicity!!! My only complaint with the article was that the author made the mistake of comparing Brians bikes to Richard Sachs' by comparing the amount of hours put into the production. To those that may not be "in the know", it could be taken that Richard's bikes are somewhat less of a bike than Brian's.

They are two different animals- Brian goes out of his way to make an elaborate piece of rolling art. His lugwork and paint are definately 2nd to none, and the ride is magical. Richard builds bikes with a different philosophy- it is simple elegance with an incredible ride, meant to be ridden as hard as you want.

Both builders are Masters of their craft. To only take one detail of their build process and use it to compare is a disjustice to both.
