Possibly and Eisentraut Limited. There's one on ebay at the moment. Pics
don't show the details well. Some came with Nervex lugs, some were a little
less ornate, but they did have the spear point cutout.

Seatpost bolt details will be different from the "A" frames such as Dale's. Compare to the photos of the Limited on CR. If that doesn't answer your question, I can send more pics to you direct next week. Or send me pics of what you're looking at there. Too bad the decals are missing.
