Obviously, I can speak for Garth, but I empathize. I figure, half the fun of growing older is picking something that bugs you and making a stand. Don Quixote evidently didn't know how to be at terms with those newfangled windmills. Me, I'm content with bicycles that were as I remember them being.

While it would be impolite to denigrate you for your appreciation of modern contraptions that I may view as symbols of mankind's disassociation from the goods that are produced in present society. I am as entitled to my principle, as you to your progress. That we happen to share an appreciation of classic and KOF bikes, gives us something nice to have in common.

Take it from a trained psychologist. "Perception is reality" applies first to individuals - before you guys generalize it. ;-)

btw - you must be exceptionally good at what you do. I don't imagine Chappaqua is crawling with sociologists.
