I can't wait to feel the lightness and speed of steering with optimized bar-end inertia! But wait, there's more.....

How about carbon fiber squirrel tails? They should reduce the power-robbing vortex effect of those blunt optimized Velox plugs.

Velox bar plugs are great!!!and to make 'em even better and lighter, we're working on a titanium upgrade kit for them! Wow your friends, you wont believe the difference riding w/ these babies makes. I use 'em on all my bikes!

"Peter -- In 1963, I used both Velox and GB on good bikes; both French and available (then) in a veritable rainbow of colors. If not removed

and replaced repeatedly, Velox will last a long time."

Oh, I love Velox bar end plugs.. they weigh a ton and have that nice substantial quality about them. And I like the old idea of having all th ose colours to mix or match with bar tape. Some of the GB colours were typically British club bike wild like the lilac-coloured ones recently (or

presently) on eBay. Properly coordinated plugs, bar tape, cabling and to e straps well to me they "make" a bike. But just why were GB plugs made in

France?? No matter how foreign the names sounded on British components (th e more foreign they sounded, the more British they were!), they were British-made. Usually by folks who couldn't pronounce them. So why did

Gerry Burgess farm out his plug-making to the Frenchies?
