after sorting through the details of a HUGE list of options, the question I pose is this... IF this location ( San Jose, Ca.) is selected, does anyone have a problem with the following "issues"...
The hotel is at the airport in San Jose. ( the room rates are phenomenal!! like 59 single) The expo hall is 2 miles away, but the hotel is 150 yards from the light rail system. This could present a logistics problem for those exhibitors flying in, unless of course they are renting a car/van to move their display from the airport to the expo hall, or have pre-shipped their display to the hotel/expo hall.

I have a response from the Clarion Airport San Jose, 3 star 3 diamond, rate
for March 2-5 is $59. It is 2 miles from the Parkside Hall, but they are 150
yards from the light rail. Would your group be able to handle that?
