What can anyone tell me about Sears bicycles of old? I have a chance to purchase an old Sears branded tandem. It has lugged frameset, is in excellent condition, appears to date older than the 70s but I am not positive on that fact. There is also an engine that is attached...not sure if it was original or probably added later. The engine is labeled "chicken power" and runs perfectly. Any info would be appreciated.
