I suspect that very few people are going to find an easily available pair of Zeus 2000 center-pull brakes, much less a set made for recessed mounting. So here's another suggestion I hope will be useful:

Take the brake meant to be mounted at the rear and place it at the front. The rear brake has a shorter mounting bolt that should be the right length for use with the front fork's recessed mounting. But that's the part you already know...

To be honest, getting the rear brake worked out still requires one of those quests for the "right stuff". In this case, the right stuff is a brake that was meant to be used on one of those mixte frames that had a flat plate for the brake bridge.

The mounting bolts for these frames were very short and should work with a recessed style sleeve nut on a normal frame. I actually own such a bolt for a Weinmann brake and have seen similar ones on Mafac equipped bikes. (Unless, of course, those Mafacs were using the standard rear mounting bolts with some extra washers.)
