Tom, These are from the early 1930's. Maurice Selbach use to fit them to his machines during this period. A famous British rider who rode a Selbach fitted with Chandez cranks was Harry Grant. They were also fitted commonly on Fred Grubb tandems in the early 30's. Frank.
