Carlsbad Masi's from 1975 will have parts from the initial purchase of components, thats why 1973 date stamped components show up on any year of Carlsbad Masi. Rims were also purchased in a big lot.
Biggest variation on these bikes are the handlebar, stem and saddle which was mostly Cinelli but some had full 3ttt set ups with the Masi identification. Very few got Super Record. Most bikes got 36 hole rims, some got 32's.
Your 1975 bike would have the "old logo" (winged, kind of art deco style) Martano transfers. My 1975 Carlsbad bike will have to make do with the "bowtie" label, just can't find the older ones very often at all. When they do show up, they go for big dollars, even the bowtie rims are fetching silly prices.
The "bowtie" sticker for new production, as Martano went away from a transfer seems to appear in 1975 or so, hard to tell 100% as importation stock, time lag to ship makes the date not percise.
