If I recall the years correctly, Super Champion (or was it Wolber) made a rim called Gentleman at the time. Also Fiamme had Red Label and Yellow Label clincher rims at that time, and those were pretty decent. You're not likely to find these at the average bike shop.

You might try using a Sun CR18 of M13 and removing the labels to hide the fact they were made in more modern times. They would still look period correct in my estimation. Good luck, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia (USA)
