It has pleasantly shaped and outlined lugs. Made in France stickers on the seat stay caps. Universal duprat 52 X 49 cottered crank and mafac racer steel brakes. The brakes I assume are below the regular mafac racer. Interesting spiral quick release barrel for the brakes. Death stem and really pretty nutted large flange hubs with no name.
If anyone has any info I would be most appreciative. Who was Sam? I didn't get any hits when googled.
