Mark, The only brothers I can recall from roughly that era who got RRA tandem records were the Powney's. Frank & Ron Powney Kingston Phenix Road Club they bagged the London to Cardiff and Lands End to London records. The only two other tandem brother pairing I can think off was Jonathan & David Bayliss Southampton Wheelers but I always thought they were more track tandem specialists.
