Are there any tricks to the removal of a Viscount Bottom Bracket.I have a Viscount frame with a very seized BB and would like to remove it and replace the bearings.Do you simply and carefully press the axle and bearings out.If so is there a preferred side to press from.I have checked the archives and could not find any postings to answer this question Geoff Duke Melbourne Australia
