Looks like a really bad repaint to me too, right over the original chrome while losing the headbadge. I don't think those are Cinelli fenders either. My '71 Speciale Corsa has eyeletted forkends/dropouts as well as fender bosses on both stay bridges. Kurt Sperry Bellingham WA
