Long aluminum alloy seatpost, no head to it. It's the kind that fits into a Brooks Saddle clamp, so it is basically a long alum cylinder that's stepped down at the end for the clamp. Very lightweight, perfect to upgrade that Town bike. My caliper says 25.5mm diameter, and it is 12" long. $7 + $4 shipping
