Sunday December 18th 10am, we're riding up to Baldy Village via Glendora Mountain Road. This route is still closed to traffic because of fire-damage, and it is one of the most scenic rides in Southern California. The initial climb up is the most challenging; after then the route is moderate. 5000 feet of climbing in 25 miles. We'll have lunch in Claremont afterwards.
The ride starts at 10am sharp at Pioneer Park in Azusa. The park is at the corner of N. Dalton Ave. and E. Sierra Madre. There's plenty of street parking there.
I hope to see as many of the California CR contingent as can make it. If you're going to come, please let me know, so I can expect you.

I'll be checking to see if the road will be open that day. It's open nearly all the time, but sometimes closed for various reasons. If I can find out for sure, I'll post all those who tell me they're coming.
