A neighbor, who is friend's dad, stopped by awhile back and asked if I was interested in his old P-mount. "Sure, bring it by and I'll take a look at it" I said. This somehow has made me responsible for the tired old repainted warhorse that's now in my garage. Originally yellow, it's been repainted a thick flat black. The owner bought it new and rode it hard, taking it on a tour of the Rockies among other epic rides. He's a sweathog too, so it has some rust issues, including a seized seatpost. It's 63cm c-c, 59 cm top tube. It has nice Cinelli bars and old logo stem, Diacompe sidepulls, Suntour barends. The Campy crankset, headset, pedals, seatpost are rough. NR Patent 72. Shimano 105 hubs on mismatched clincher anodized aero rims. Junk saddle. Serial # 73119. It does ride very well however. I considered turning it into a fixed gear for myself. All proceeds of the sale go to the owner, a retired teacher/varsity coach, who would like to get $250 for it. Since it has a stuck seatpost
