I did a mail-in registration, just so I could attach a note requesting to be grouped with other "Vintage" sellers. The organizers have been really good about doing this in the past. This swap seems to get better every year. It will be interesting to see what the new facility is like and how it impacts the event.

I sent an email to the people running the Westminster swap asking about space for vintage bikes at the swap, and they encouraged early registration as well as idendifying yourself as wanting to be in a group.

My message:

I just preregistered for the event. I forgot to include a note, that if there is going to be an area set for those with interest in vintage bikes, I would like to be in that area. There will likely be several other people registering with interest in vintage bikes, and many would probably prefer to be close together.

Ben-

I will do my best. Please encourage them to register now. That way I can ensure the spots will be together. Also, it may be help to know who they are... that way I can be on the lookout for them.

Thanks!
