I don't what it is, though bits are familiar. But I agree that it appears to be an AM bolt-on: the shifter boss on the down tube is evident and abandoned in the last photo. I wonder if the rear derailleur, which appears intact (LH shifter?) is operable under power. It looks like fun, tho' likely loud. JB Froke, Pebble Beach CA
