It's an Imron-repainted Raleigh Competition frameset with all different parts. The "Clubman" part is made-up.

A "G" serial number on a Raleigh is about 1971 or so. The Capella lugs are also consistent with that period.

Paul,

This one has me REAL curious as to the date. My initial though was that the title was a typo by about ten years too new. I sure don't remember anything like that bike being offered in the Raleigh catalogs in the early 70's where I was working. At that time, the DL-1 three speed was the only 'vintage' bike that the company still offered - and I considered the 3-speed Sports still reasonably state of the art for that type of bike.

As one who has customized a few Raleighs for better or worse over the years I find this one very nicely done.
