Try Bicycle Research tools, they still list a TDC freewheel tool: http://bicycleresearchtools.com/wheelt.html#anchor270825

Subject: [CR]TDC freewheels?

Howdy folks and happy New Year :^) I have a rear wheel that has what appears to be a TDC Made in England 5 cog freewheel on it. I was going to remove it, as I need to take this wheelapart and swap the hubs, but this freewheel seems to take an odd looking tool I have never seen or heard of. Can any of you help? Thanks in advance...
