One Shot (1-Shot) sign painter's enamel is used by many (even phone solicitors?) for restoration of headbadges and painting small cutouts in lugs/b.b./fork crowns etc. This paint has great flow-out characteristics and yes, it is enamel. It is available from Eastwood Company (www.eastwoodco.com ) via mail order.
