Hi there, I am new to the forum and a relative newbie regarding vintage cycles. I have two: a 1970/71 Raleigh Professional in gorgeous original condition (mink/silver "limited edition" model) that I am building up and the Bianchi in question. The serial number is B235617. The bike has campy drop outs but steel cottered cranks (Magistroni?) with Bianchi script on the arms and a blue B on the dust cover. I have just removed the crankset for cleaning and there are no magistroni markings on it...

Would these be enough to describe which model I have? There is not a single decal on it. there are no holes for a head badge. Were these sometimes glued on? I am curoius about it but the frame has some "ripples" in it so may not be worth restoring to original condition.

thank you for your help.

-George
