It's a Serotta-built replica of the 7-Eleven team bikes circa 1985 or so. There may be some that were actually built for the 7-Eleven team floating around, but not sure how those would be identified. I've also heard/read that they may have been built for the US junior national team around that same time. I think it's at least very similar to Serotta's "Special X" Columbus SLX frame, if not identical, except for the Murray stamping (and of course decals). The stamped bits actually make them cooler, I think, than if they were just differently decaled.

Ed Granger built up my Serotta-Murray recently, but haven't had a chance to ride it yet Lancaster, PA, USA
