I have a few questions regarding shipping some vintage bike parts to a fellow lister.

It's been two weeks since I shipped a box of rims to someone and after they patiently waited for this amount of time, they contacted me to let me know.

A) is two weeks too long for a priority package to get from SF to Chicago? B) has anyone on the list had to file an insurance claim for lost items with the USPS? How'd that go? C) how can my buyer help me essentially prove a negative, that an item hasn't arrived? D) what was used to prove the value of the lost item?

Thanks,
