theracingbicycle_dot_com is Jay Van De Velde, a pretty well known CR list member with a great web site by the name of... go ahead, take a guess... http://www.theracingbike.com (yeah, I'm a regular Columbo ain't I).

I can pretty much guarantee the '54 Stella TdF will be at Velo Rendezvous in October and you can take a look at it in person if you care to. Hell, maybe even ride it a block or two if you're really nice to Jay...
