Get the frame repaired if you plan to do any hard riding or you risk a nice accident. My frame had a slight bulge under the down tube and a small crack in the paint, the builder making the repair, Richard Gangl, had the frame over 1.0 cm out at the fork ends from the builders spec. And do you really know what damage the fork might have, if that fails, you could have a major accident even riding around the block.
