Mike Dyason's web-site (www.mikedyason.co.uk) in the UK sells Velox patches, which I think are excellent and very similar to Rema's Tip Top patches.

This is the best price, by far, for a lot of patches (only). He ships to the USA, so I'm sure Israel won't be a problem?

Go straight to http://www.mwdyason.ltd.uk/shop.asp?no_category=2&text_company=TYRE%20REPAIRS%20and%20ACCESSORIES to find the patches, he offers 100x15mm, 100x25mm & 50x32mm packs.
