Mike Dyason's web-site (www.mikedyason.co.uk) in the UK sells Velox patches, which I think are excellent and very similar to Rema's Tip Top patches.
This is the best price, by far, for a lot of patches (only). He ships to the USA, so I'm sure Israel won't be a problem?

\r?\n> Israeli roads are hard on tires. For some reason boken
\r?\n> glass is everywhere. (.... mostly Carlsberg Beer bottle
\r?\n> green glass)
\r?\n>
\r?\n> As a result, I flat out on all my long rides.
\r?\n> Since I'm one of those guys who patches their flats right
\r?\n> away, I like to use good, reliable, quick drying glue and
\r?\n> patches .
\r?\n>
\r?\n> The only kind I can find here are the cheap
\r?\n> Made-in-Taiwan variety. They don't work well.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> I like Rema Tip Top.
\r?\n> They worked well when I was a kid.
\r?\n> They worked well when I was touring.
\r?\n> And 30 year old patches worked well until today,
\r?\n> when I ran out.
\r?\n>
\r?\n> Where can I get a bunch?
\r?\n> Not the kits, just the patches.
