Possibly not fraud, mostly misrepresented, either by intent or lack of knowledge. Photos are too few, too small and description is lacking. I won't go into all the details I _can_ see, but there are enough to tell me that at this price it's not even remotely interesting. At $50 I'd ask more questions, get more photos, and maybe it would be an interesting project. At $250 it's a joke.

Maybe I'm just having a bad morning...
