That's consistent with the components. The French parts (Jubilee, Normandy, TA 3-arm) were used in the early to mid 70's. Earlier the Competitions used Zeus cranks and some other Zeus bits. Later the Competition GS used Campy Nuovo Grand Sport as the GS in its name implied.
