It has diamond shaped windows in the head lugs, but it is not an Italvega. Univegas had them after the Italvega fashion, but I haven't seen any models this nice looking. Brazed-on derailleur cable routing above what pretty clearly looks like a Cinelli bottom bracket shell. Reynolds 531 tubing. Is it a late 1970s Pogliaghi? Threads are unspecified. I haven't emailed the seller to waste his time, since I'm not buying. But, I was curious and thought someone on the list might know it right off. Thanks...
